Rates

• $135 per session (45 minutes) individual
• $150 couples

Insurance

I am out of network with most insurances.  I will provide you with a monthly statement to provide to your insurance.  I am in network with united healthcare insurance and their EAP network.  

Payment

Payment is expected in full at time of service. I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
